We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice where we determine how and why it is processed. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference CSN6024051.

• Account and profile information, such as your email address, profile information, preferences and information associated with your chosen sign-in method.
• Authentication information needed to authenticate you and maintain your signed-in session. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the identity information required to authenticate your account.
• Your SideHustle Zero information, such as saved or started opportunities and blueprints, goals, milestones, checklist progress, journey information, business-planning information, ideas and other content you choose to enter.
• Activity and preferences, such as recent activity, application preferences and information needed to maintain your experience.
• Membership and billing information, such as membership status, subscription source, entitlement status, trial or billing-period information and transaction-related identifiers required to provide or administer membership.
• Advertising and device information where advertising functionality is used. Google Mobile Ads may process information including IP address, interactions with the app or advertisements, diagnostic information and device or account identifiers for purposes including advertising, measurement or analytics, and fraud prevention.
• Support, security and privacy-request information you provide when contacting us, and information reasonably required to protect the service, investigate faults or misuse, or respond to a privacy request.

Payment-card credentials are handled by the applicable payment provider rather than stored by SideHustle Zero™. Some workspace and progress information may also be held locally on your device. See our Cookies & Storage Notice for more detail.

Information may come directly from you, from your use of SideHustle Zero™, from your device, from authentication providers you choose to use, and from applicable payment, advertising and consent-management services.

• Create, authenticate and maintain your account.
• Provide SideHustle Zero features and preserve your progress.
• Provide and administer memberships and entitlements.
• Process or reconcile purchases and subscriptions through the applicable billing channel.
• Operate advertising functionality where applicable.
• Record and respect applicable advertising and privacy choices.
• Secure, maintain and troubleshoot the service.
• Respond to support enquiries and data-protection requests.
• Comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations.
• Establish, exercise or defend legal rights where necessary.

The applicable legal basis depends on the purpose. This may include performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in securely operating and protecting the service, and consent where processing or device storage or access requires consent.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider those interests against your rights and interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw that consent through the available privacy controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

SideHustle Zero™ may display advertisements to users who are not entitled to an ad-free experience. We use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising functionality and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to support applicable advertising privacy and consent choices.

SideHustle Zero requests the applicable Google UMP consent information before requesting an advertisement. If Google reports that advertisements cannot be requested, SideHustle Zero does not load the banner advertisement.

Where Google determines that advertising privacy options are required, SideHustle Zero provides an in-app control that allows you to reopen Google's privacy options and review or change the choices available to you.

We do not describe all advertising as personalised advertising. The advertisements and data available to advertising services can depend on your consent choices, device settings, region and Google's applicable advertising mode. Users with an applicable paid entitlement receive the ad-free experience provided by SideHustle Zero's membership rules.

SideHustle Zero can use different billing channels depending on the platform and purchase route. For applicable Android purchases, subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment through your Google Play account under Google's own terms and privacy practices.

Where Stripe is the applicable payment channel, Stripe processes the payment transaction and associated payment information. PeopleTrixAI does not need to receive your full payment-card number or security code to operate your SideHustle Zero account. We may retain limited subscription, entitlement and transaction metadata necessary to provide the service, reconcile membership status, maintain required business records and resolve billing issues.

SideHustle Zero includes guidance, recommendations and decision-support functionality. Our current implementation does not automatically send the information you enter into SideHustle Zero to an external generative-AI provider in order to generate that in-app guidance.

Where SideHustle Zero provides a link or prepared prompt for an independent external AI service, you choose whether to leave SideHustle Zero and use that service. Information you then provide to that external service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices. We will reassess this disclosure before any future feature automatically transmits SideHustle Zero information to an external AI provider.

• Supabase and backend infrastructure used for authentication, database and application services.
• Google, where you choose Google authentication, for applicable Google Play billing, and through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and UMP where advertising and consent functionality applies.
• Stripe, where Stripe is the applicable payment provider.
• Email-delivery infrastructure where required to deliver authentication or account communications.
• Other infrastructure providers where they process limited technical information necessary to host, secure or deliver the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

SideHustle Zero uses device or browser storage for functions including authentication, ownership separation, preferences, saved progress and portions of your workspace experience. Advertising and consent technologies may also store or access information on your device where applicable. See our Cookies & Storage Notice for more detail.

Some service providers may process information in countries outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer of personal information, we use or rely on the applicable lawful transfer mechanism and provider arrangements. We do not state that your SideHustle Zero data is stored in a particular provider region unless that configuration has been independently verified.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for its purpose and applicable legal obligations.

Certain provider-controlled security, transaction or system records may be retained according to the applicable provider's own retention requirements. We do not claim that every retention period above is enforced through an automatic deletion job where such automation has not been established.

You can request deletion of your SideHustle Zero account using the account-deletion controls. Account deletion removes the SideHustle Zero account and associated user data in accordance with the deletion process, subject to limited information we may be required or permitted to retain, such as necessary billing or accounting records.

Google Play subscriptions require separate attention. Deleting your SideHustle Zero account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play. If your Google Play subscription is still renewing, SideHustle Zero provides a route to manage it through Google Play and explains this before account deletion. You may still delete your SideHustle Zero account without being forced to cancel the Google Play subscription first.

Where Stripe is the applicable subscription channel, SideHustle Zero follows the Stripe cancellation and deletion process implemented for that membership.

• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Ask us to delete information where the right applies.
• Ask us to restrict how we process information where the right applies.
• Ask for portability of certain information where the right applies.
• Object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests where applicable.

These rights are not absolute in every circumstance. Where processing depends on your consent, you can withdraw that consent. Advertising and privacy choices can also be changed through the relevant in-app privacy controls where applicable.

SideHustle Zero™ is intended for adults aged 18 or over.

We may update this Privacy Notice when SideHustle Zero, our providers or applicable legal requirements change. Where a change materially affects how personal information is used, we will take appropriate steps to communicate the change and obtain new consent where required.
