Responsible security reporting

Security is an engineering responsibility at PeopleTrixAI. If you believe you have identified a potential security vulnerability affecting one of our products or services, please report it responsibly so we can review it.

Report a security issue

Email us with enough information for us to understand and reproduce the issue where reasonably possible.

What to include

  • The product, page, feature or service affected.
  • A clear description of the potential vulnerability.
  • Steps to reproduce the issue.
  • Relevant URLs, request details or technical context.
  • Screenshots or supporting evidence where appropriate.
  • The potential impact, if known.
  • A safe way to contact you if you would like us to follow up.

Please do not include passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, payment data or other sensitive secrets in plain text. There is no need to send us unnecessary personal data.

Please act responsibly

  • Do not access, modify, delete or download data that does not belong to you.
  • Do not disrupt our services or degrade their availability.
  • Do not use social engineering, phishing or physical attacks.
  • Do not test against other users' accounts without their permission.
  • Stop testing if you encounter personal, confidential or sensitive information.
  • Report the issue promptly after discovery.
